We do not "scrape" jobs or resumes from other sites and post them on our career center unbeknownst to the original posters just to boost our numbers. This has become a common practice amongst many of our competitors in order to boost their volume. All of our job seekers personally added themselves to MilitaryJobZone.com. We believe that this type of targeted approach is mutually beneficial to both job seekers and employers.
Our database is only stocked with active job seekers. Our system is designed to notify us of any "stale" profiles that have not generated activity for specified time periods. Once these profiles are found we contact the owners to seek their intentions and take appropriate actions.
Every client, regardless of size, is assigned a personal account manager to assist in making your use of our services as seamless as possible. We value your business and strive to make every contact you have with us a memorable one.
- Active Job Seekers: All of the profiles on our system are from transitioning military members or separated veterans actively engaged in the hunt for a new career.
- Immediate Impact: Military members will make contributions to your team from day one of employment. They are used to being challenged, are encouraged to demonstrate initiative, and are seeking to be recognized for performance.
- Proven Leadership: Today's military members are thrust into leadership roles at very early stages in their professional development. Many of the Non-Commissioned Officers and Junior Officers possess real world, front line leadership experience well beyond their civilian peer group.
- Mission Focused: All military members are trained to focus on mission accomplishment. They understand that while their contributions may not be directly visible to all involved, that their actions directly impact the overall unit's goal achievement.
- Unparalleled Work Ethic: Every member of today's military volunteered to serve knowing the harsh conditions they would face given our current operational tempo. Military members are accustomed to working long hours in nontraditional environments.
- Salary Expectations: Military members often leave active duty service in search of a more performance-based compensation structure that rewards them for their individual actions and achievement. As a result, these candidates typically have realistic starting salary expectations when provided with the opportunity to grow based on superior performance.
- Team Based Task Orientation: All military objectives are structured around small unit tasks working together to meet large scale objectives. From the entry level enlisted grades to the senior level officer ranks, all military members work in a team setting.
- Occupational Field Training & Education: Our military is structured to function as a self-sustained entity comprised of every occupational field required to support itself. Many of the technical training, operational planning, and recruiting (sales) schools administered by our military are equivalent to or superior to their civilian counterparts.
- Government Paid Relocation Assistance: Upon transition from active duty, military members are afforded government paid relocation. The amount and scope of this service differs from individual to individual, but it could save your company money that can be better used increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Background and Security Clearance: Our system requires all job seekers to indicate in their profile (1) their discharge type, (2) if they have had a DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, and (3) if they have ever been convicted of a felony. You can also search by Security Clearance level for positions with security clearance requirements.
