Job Description:   The Maintenance Leader will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and repair of equipment at the customer site.  In this position you will be responsible for direct interaction with the customer and will also supervise the job site during the service call.  Service calls typically start around 2:00 AM and may involve out of town travel for up to two weeks at a time.  Job involves use of hand and light power tools and 95% of work is performed outdoors.  Applicants must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.  Welding experience and experience with hand and light power tools is required.  Successful applicants will have some experience leading and training team members.  Job history must show examples of success while working in positions without direct supervision.  The maintenance leader will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of a service vehicle, warehouse and associated equipment and tools.  Other duties include accountability and inventory of spare parts and submission of regular reports to corporate headquarters.  Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.  Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.  Candidate must like the outdoor environment, have a mechanical aptitude, and enjoy hands on maintenance. 

 

Compensation and Benefits:   Total compensation could range in the high $30's to mid $40's based on performance.  This includes an hourly wage, OT, and bonus potential.  Company is in a growth mode, advancement opportunities for top performance are available!
