CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR: CHICAGO, IL

New World Van Lines, a family owned, 80 year old, nationwide moving organization located on the North side of Chicago, with 12 locations across the United States, is looking for an experienced customer service/move coordinator to work on Military moves.

 

Our move coordinators serve as the single point of contact with our relocatees in the Military. You will coordinate the movement of their household goods throughout the relocation process, keeping the family up to date on the status of their relocation.

 

The successful candidate will have a customer service background handling Military moves, be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be computer literate and work well in a multi-tasking environment. Handling Military moves is required.
