Job Description: 

 

Several Property Managers needed for 100+ pad mobile home parks throughout South Florida.

 

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing mobile home parks or apartments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability and willingness to be tough with residents
• Excellent collection skills (collection calls, knocking on doors, letters, evictions)
• Experience working within a budget and minimizing costs
• Experienced negotiating with and managing subcontractors
• Experience with real-estate sales and/or leasing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage office and maintenance staff effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good organization skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, email and internet
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

Preferred:

• Prior military or law enforcement experience is preferred.
