Brian Davis - CEO
Brian earned a BS degree from Towson State University and an MBA from National University, which he earned while still on active duty with the Marine Corps. Brian achieved top sales recognition in the medical device industry and then moved on to graduate from a Leadership Development Program with a Forbes Platinum company where he held positions in the following capacities: Production Supervisor, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Service Director, and General Manager. Throughout his tenure there he was constantly recognized for his sales and profit growth contributions. Brian was also recognized for his ability to continuously add talent into the corporate pipeline by strengthening his relationships with several recruiting firms, which eventually led him to co-found Soar Consulting. He has emerged as a leader in the field of technical and online recruitment trends and is often contacted by press and media to comment on emerging technologies in the recruitment industry.
Chris Beck - VP of National Accounts & Training
Chris earned his BS degree from the United States Naval Academy with Merit and served five years as a Naval Supply Corps Officer onboard an aircraft carrier. Upon leaving active duty in the Navy, Chris joined the nation's largest direct placement military recruiting firm as an Account Executive. He quickly became the #1 Account Executive in the company. His success led to several rapid promotions to District Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Training Manager, and Director of Strategic Accounts prior to his decision to co-found Soar Consulting. Chris has been recognized as a top sales executive with a unique ability to build a cohesive, driven sales force capable of delivering revenue growth across multiple service offerings. Chris is continuously called upon to give leadership seminars to recruiters and sales professionals on successful career transitions and sales strategies in the talent acquisition and retention industry.
Jeff Williams - VP of Operations
Jeff earned his BA degree from California State University at Chico and then served a total of 7 years on active duty with the Marine Corps. While on active duty, Jeff served as an Officer Selection Officer for the Marines Corps' 12th District where he was recognized for his consistent achievement of sales goals. Jeff then gained extensive sales experience from Clarke American Checks, Inc as a Partner Executive. While with Clarke American, he was instrumental in the company's selection as the 2002 Malcolm Baldrige award for quality. At Soar Consulting, Jeff set numerous recruiting records as a Regional Business Director. In this role, he was responsible for the growth of numerous strategic level accounts. Jeff now oversees all candidate recruitment operations and procedures for our entire company.
Mike Stucki – VP of Technology Services
Mike earned his BS in Business Management with a focus in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. He served 5 years in the Air Force as a Communications Officer where he led a deployable team responsible for providing command and control support for deployed mobility and tanker aircraft. For his efforts Mike was recognized as the Air Mobility Command 2004 Communications Officer of the year. Mike joined Talent Alliance, Inc. from Abbott Laboratories, where he was IT Manager of Process & Compliance. Mike was responsible for FDA validation and compliance of software systems, training of system validation and worldwide audit support of all internal and external IT audits. Mike’s experience in project management and team leadership has been and will continue to be instrumental in the growth and success of Talent Alliance, Inc.
